Phil completed a large job for us on a renovation property. The property needed everything new including central heating and three bathroom installations. Phil arrived on the day and time as previously arranged. He explained the order of things to be done and when the water would need to be off. He was efficient, tidy and cleared up. He also arranged for removal of old items. He made sure we understood the workings of the new appliance before leaving. Phil is a very pleasant guy and I highly recommend him.
Good communication before the job to evaluate the work needed and to provide a quote. On the day of the work itself Phil arrived at the agreed time, did all the agreed tasks to a high standard and left no rubbish behind (and charged the agreed price).
